Shipping Carrier - Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service.  Choose Priority Mail for cost effective reliable delivery in 2-3 days in most areas, or Choose Express Mail for Guaranteed delivery in 1-2 days, including Saturday, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are calculated using USPS rate tables.  These tables are updated regularly by USPS; however, rates may vary from final postal rate.

Order Processing & Shipping Transit Time - Please allow 5-7 days for order processing and 2-3 days for delivery.  Your package should arrive in 7-10 days total.  Please contact us with any questions

Return and Exchange Policies

Returns - We're commited to ensuring customer satisfaction.  Although we can NOT accept returns for full credit.  We're happy to offer exchange for like items or items of equal value, less shipping charges.  Please see our Exchange Policy for important details.

Exchange Policy - Items may be returned postage paid within 30 days of purchase for exchange only.  We do not offer refunds at this time.  Additional shipping charges may apply for the exchanged items.  Merchandise must be in resaleable condition with original packaging intact.  Please package items with care for return.  We will not be held responsible for damage during shipping of returned items.

Return Authorization - Contact us to obtain return authorization prior to returning merchandise.  Include return authorization, order number, a copy of your order and/or a copy of the reciept.  Do NOT include the original reciept or any document containing a credit card number.
